If the vehicle can’t be used, we’ll send you a car (or motorbike) of the same class or better.

We never take your passport as security.
Don’t agree to rent from a company that asks for it — it isn’t safe!
A passport is far too valuable to be used as a deposit.
Never leave your documents as a deposit in a foreign country.

If you’d like a child seat or booster in your rental car, tell your manager in advance. The car will already be fitted with it when you come to pick it up.

Daily mileage within Nha Trang and the neighbouring provinces is unlimited.
But before travelling to other provinces, always let your manager know so there are no misunderstandings.
Travelling more than 200 km outside Khánh Hòa province, and border runs of any kind without prior approval, are NOT ALLOWED.

If your rental period hasn’t ended yet and you no longer need the vehicle, you can pass the motorbike on to another person. Just contact our manager and ask to transfer the contract to them. In all other cases, the second rider must be named in the contract.

You can be sure our cars and motorbikes are always serviced.
After every client, our vehicles go through a full service. It includes an oil change and checks of the brakes, the automatic transmission (CVT), the injector, tyre condition, the battery and other items.

If your combined weight (both riders) is under 160 kg, the best choice is a Honda Vario, Lead, Air Blade or another light city bike.
If it’s more, go for a Yamaha NVX, NMAX, Honda PCX or another max-series scooter.
For more comfort on long trips, the best choice is a Yamaha X-MAX 300cc, Honda ADV 350 or another bike over 250cc.
What we always record before the rental:

1. The amount of fuel in the tank.
2. Any scratches, dents or chips (recorded on video).
3. The condition of the interior/bodywork
4. The equipment included (helmets, top box, documents)

The deposit depends on the vehicle, on average $100–700. It is returned at the end of the rental. You can leave the deposit in USD, USDT, dong or any other cash. For early bookings, contact our manager to confirm the terms.

Contact your manager, explain what happened and send photos of the damage. Your manager will then tell you exactly what to do next.

Every motorbike comes with helmets in a range of sizes and styles, rain ponchos, a luggage rack/top box and an anti-theft lock. The second rider must be named in the contract to avoid any trouble with the police.

In 2025–2026 Vietnam significantly increased traffic fines. We recommend checking our group for updates on the new traffic regulations.
Parking is allowed in designated areas: paid car parks and the pavement space set aside for the place you’re visiting (restaurant, café or similar).
