This Policy explains how Chill Panda (chillpanda.pro) handles the information you share with us when renting cars and motorbikes in Vietnam.

1. General provisions

By using the website, the request forms, messengers or phone numbers of Chill Panda, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree with the way your data is processed as described here.

This Policy is informational and applies to the website and the communication channels linked to it. Legal details of the data operator are not published in this document.

2. What information we may receive

You decide what to send us. Normally it is only the data we need to answer your request and arrange the rental:

  • your name or how you would like to be addressed;
  • phone number;
  • messenger contact (Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX and similar);
  • rental start and end dates;
  • preferred vehicle type (car / motorbike) and model;
  • pick-up city (Nha Trang, Da Nang and other service locations);
  • comments, questions, delivery and equipment preferences;
  • technical visit data: IP address, browser type, cookies, the pages a request was sent from.

We do not ask for your passport as a deposit and we do not ask you to upload scans of documents through the website unless you choose to send them yourself in a chat.

3. Why we need this information

  • to contact you and confirm your booking;
  • to select a vehicle, dates, delivery and extra services;
  • to answer questions received through forms and messengers;
  • to improve the website and understand which pages lead to a request.

We do not send marketing newsletters without your separate consent.

4. How we process data and who may receive it

Requests from the website may be forwarded to our managers in messengers (including Telegram) and processed manually. Hosting, mail and analytics services, form widgets and caching may technically be involved in transferring and storing data as part of the website infrastructure.

We do not sell your contacts. Data may be shared with third parties only when it is required to deliver the service (for example, vehicle delivery) or when it is required by the law of the country you are in or where the service is provided.
